The good outweighs the bad (barely)
The location is prime, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the friendly staff contributed positively to our stay, enhancing the experience.
Though enjoyable, amenities were lacking, from slow elevator service to minimal breakfast variety, making it feel less than expected.

Breakfast was good but seating was limited. Overall, a comfortable stay, just lacking in some details and dining variety.

Ideal for a couple's getaway
The breakfast room is lovely,, and the variety offered was amazing, really set the mood for the day. Also, I had a little hiccup with the air conditioning, but the staff was super responsive and moved me to a nicer room quickly, which saved my trip.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain,, but considering the experience, it was still worth it.

My stay at Mercure in Paris was delightful! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience memorable. I enjoyed the good breakfast selection, although the elevator could be a bit faster.

I had a lovely 2-night stay in a Classic Double Room. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was fantastic! The breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing with limited options.

The tiny lift inconvenienced my stay, while the room was efficiently cleaned daily.

The location of the Mercure is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro and major shopping spots. My room was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for three of us. Cleanliness stood out. the bathroom was bright, and the shower worked well. I appreciated the thick curtains blocking out street light effectively. Breakfast options were decent but felt a bit pricey at 19 euros. Staff were friendly but the elevator was slow and inconvenient, especially on the days it was stuck. I had to haul my luggage down using a different one. not ideal after a long day. Despite these issues, I'd consider coming back if the elevator situation improves.

We explored the Louvre Museum and Jardin de Tuileries during our stay. The staff, especially Giove, ensured we had a family room instead of being split up, which made our trip memorable and stress-free.
My kids wished for more breakfast options catered for families.
